Workshops & experiences designed for better being.

what is better being?

Better being is feeling more like yourself, with yourself and with your people. When we work toward better being, we’re reconnecting with our most human parts.

Better being is more presence, connection, play, and growth.

  • Presence: slowing down to notice where you are and getting clear on where you’re going.

  • Connection: building real honesty and trust with the people around you.

  • Creation: making room for fun, curiosity, and without taking it all too seriously.

  • Growth: leaving a little more yourself than you arrived; new perspectives, new habits, new confidence.

From people who’ve been there

"In the space that Sasha created I found the work to be transformational. I was engaged by her, but I was also given tools. Each workshop unlocked so much."

-Joshua J., Game Designer

"Perhaps the biggest lesson has been the power of being clear, honest, and holding the line on what matters. Sasha has been a thoughtful partner through both my professional and personal growth. Her perspective has helped me navigate this season with far more intentionality and confidence.”

-Sarah R., Sr. Director Operations

Sasha is a gifted space holder. Her steady, welcoming presence makes true transformation possible in a short time. I highly recommend trying one of her workshops.

-George R., Facilitator

"I was challenged to do things I’d never don’e before. It was great because I made progress personally in places I always used to get stuck. "

Oh hi -

I’m Sasha

After 12 years working in tech, from startups to enterprise SaaS, I experienced that many individual, team, and leadership problems that look like a skills gap are actually relational and communication gaps. People get stuck when there’s not clarity and our own avoidance, stories, or emotions block us from getting the clarity we need to move forward.

My own personal transformation started with relationship ruptures that forced clarity around hard questions: who I actually was, what I wanted, and how were my actions in alignment to grow. I did the work. I managed through my own discomfort and stepped into deeper connection. I got clear and only then I was ready to step through doorway and change how I related to myself, my work, and my people.

Now I help support people do the same, using ICF coaching principles, the Enneagram, and somatic practices to get past the noise and into what's actually true. I take this work seriously, but I don't always take myself that seriously while I'm doing it.

Change can be just as playful as it is profound.
